Sunday Notices – 21 February

Spring is coming. Happy Sunday everyone.

Today’s service

It was lovely to see such a good number of people gather safely for worship both at St Matthew’s and St Stephen’s especially as confidence grows with vaccinations and tumbling rates. Pray God it continues in this way.

Lent Course – ‘Rhythm of Life’

This course starts this Wednesday 24 February. Follow the link below to sign up:

Facilitated by Clergy from the Cathedral, this course uses the Diocesan Course introducing participants to the Diocesan Rhythm of Life. The Rhythm of Life is a flexible framework which encourages our growth in faith, prayer and action. It is a ‘suite of tools’ to deepen and broaden our ‘walking with Jesus’.

No previous experience necessary. The course comprises videos, stories, bible readings and discussion. Much of the time will be spent in groups of 4 or 5 people.

If you’d like to know more before deciding whether to sign-up, please contact Canon Paul.

Once you sign-up you will receive a Zoom link for all 5 meetings during Lent. There will also be a 6th meeting after Easter.

The course material is available in advance here:
